Addition of Second Member

I had registered for Oakridge Codefest and paid the amount and submitted the form too.But i recieved a response email saying that i need to have another member. The Second member has a devpost account already with (gmail: janvivishwakk@gmail.com). What should i do next? Should i resend the extended form with the updated team? Note: I have already paid for the event.
